Fishermen, riders & travelers

WHO WE ARE

OUTWATER Company was born from a simple idea: to create technical clothing and accessories that truly support outdoor enthusiasts.
No compromise between protection, comfort, and style. Each product is designed for those who live by the rhythm of sun, water, wind, and adventure.

We come from the Atlantic coast, this Southwest of France which is sometimes nicknamed French California .
A land of ocean, sand, forests and wide open spaces. This is where our passion was born: between the waves and the rivers , between the world of surfing and that of fishing , two worlds that share the same culture of the land, patience, movement and the right equipment.
Our DNA was forged in these two disciplines , through sessions at dawn, improvised bivouacs, equipment rinsed with salt, sun on the back of the neck and kilometers swallowed up in lost corners.

And for over 30 years, it's our travels that have fueled the brand: from Japan to Madagascar, from Mexico to Hawaii, from Indonesia to Norway. Each time, we've observed, tested, learned, and shared. What we design today is the fruit of this raw, authentic, and demanding field experience.

The OUTWATER range combines performance, durability, and design. Our UPF50+ UV-protective clothing is designed for extreme climates: loose cuts for better ventilation, quick-drying fabrics, and a cool, water-resistant feel. Our polarized sunglasses are designed to optimize visibility, reduce eye fatigue, and adapt to the harshest light conditions. Our accessories are designed to last—really.

But OUTWATER is more than a brand: it's a community.
A family of fishermen, riders, travelers, and modern adventurers. Those who live outdoors, always with one foot in the water, one hand on the paddle or the rod. Those who seek freedom, the essentials, connection with nature.

We're also committed to more responsible production, using carefully selected materials and a constant desire to improve our environmental footprint. Because exploring the world should never be at the expense of the planet.
